One of the things that Hạnh loves about her job is having an amazing boss - our dearest Dorothée! She is not only Hanh's boss but also draws inspiration from Dorothée's mindset and enthusiasm for sustainable tourism. 3. What foods and places in Vietnam do you recommend for travellers?
Hạnh finds it tough to pick one because Vietnamese foods are all good. She recommends that you try the local food specialties as a way to support the local people as well, for example:
If you go to Hội An, you must try Mì Quảng and Cao Lầu.
If you visit Huế, you should have Bún Bò Huế. You can tell the difference between Bún Bò Huế from Huế compared to other places!
Try Bún Quậy if you're in Phú Quốc.
In addition, each destination has hidden gems worth exploring if you want to learn more about Vietnam. Hạnh's travel advice is - "Don't forget to check the weather forecast before you leave!"
